City's Rebuild Initiative seeking nonprofit community partners

The City of Philadelphia's Rebuild Initiative is looking for experienced and interested nonprofits to serve as Project Users.  Project Users are pre-qualified nonprofits that will manage most Rebuild projects from community engagement through design and construction.  Project Users will assemble teams to assist in completing projects.

To be eligible to serve as a Project User, interested local nonprofits must become pre-qualified through a Request for Qualifications process.

The RFQ must be submitted in paper and electronic file (via a USB jump drive) and delivered to the Municipal Services Building by 5 p.m. on September 29, 2017.

Questions can be submitted via email and are due by September 19th.  The Rebuild team will respond to relevant questions and post the answers on the Rebuild website by September 22.
