City seeks "access points" to help homeless youth

The Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services, on behalf of the Philadelphia Continuum of Care (CoC), has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Youth Designated Access Points for the HUD-required coordinated entry system known as Philadelphia’s Coordinated Entry and Assessment-Based Housing Referral System (“CEA-BHRS”).

The primary purpose of this RFI is to give organizations an opportunity to express their interest in serving as a Youth Designated Access Point for CEA-BHRS and to inform the Office of Homeless Services of their competencies and capacity to do so.

Applicant responses are due no later than 5:00 p.m., Philadelphia, PA local time, on Friday, September 18, 2017 and can submitted via email to Jessica Sones

Questions can also be submitted by Friday, September 1 via email.

The RFI can be accessed via the link here.
