RFC sets workshop on Measuring Program Effectiveness

The Regional Foundation Center at Parkway Central Library is sponsoring a workshop on Measuring Program Effectiveness on Tuesday, April 30 at 10am.

Attendees will learn how to identify program outcomes by creating or refining an already existing program logic model which each participant will work on during the workshop.  Attendees will be shown, using best practices, how to develop a client survey in order to measure program effectiveness.  Lastly, we will discuss how to best use this information in grant applications.

Designed for Program Managers, Development Coordinators and Executive Directors, this hands-on, interactive workshop will be facilitated by Michele Moll, Executive Director of RSVP.

Michele Moll is the Executive Director at RSVP with a huge Management and Finance background – more than 30 years. She has been working at RSVP from 2009 to Present. Since then Michele increased organization’s revenue by over 25% and strategically expanded RSVP’s footprint from just Montgomery County to now include Delaware and Chester counties as well as to parts of Philadelphia. Michele is a Winner of two Silver Stevie® Awards in the Female Executive of the Year and Most Innovative Woman of the Year categories in the 14th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

Advance registration is required as space is limited. Please email the RFC to register.
