Webinar reviews nonprofit risk management issues

You'll also learn about how to implement ERM using 'quick start,' 'measured start' and 'slow burn' approaches. This program will be presented by Melanie Herman, Executive Director of the Nonprofit Risk Management Center, Leesburg, VA. Melanie is the author of more than a dozen comprehensive guides on various risk management topics, she has delivered countless workshops, seminars, and keynote presentations for organizations simply unwilling to leave success to chance. In August 2018, Melanie was named to The NonProfit Times Power & Influence Top 50, whose editor has described her as "One of the most prolific writers and lecturers on the topic of nonprofit risk...[and] the architect of the risk plans of some of the nation's largest nonprofits." This is Melanie's 10th appearance on the list.

Don Kramer, Esq., Editor of Nonprofit Issues will serve as the program co-moderator. Tish Mogan, Standards for Excellence Director, from the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations will join Kramer as co-moderator. This program is offered in partnership with PANO, Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations.
