City launches survey on Open Data needs and uses

Do you have suggestions for datasets that the City government should share? Do you have a story of how you’ve used the City’s open data to bolster research, a business, or your neighborhood? Take the 2020 PHL Open Data survey now to share these insights and help spread the word about the survey with friends and colleagues! Retweets appreciated.

City staff want to tell the story of the impact of sharing data, identify ways to improve our efforts, and tailor our services by aligning data releases to community interests, where possible. The survey is open until March 6, 2020. See our blogpost for more details.

This survey should take 5-10 minutes. It is open to the public until March 6, 2020. At the end of the survey, you’ll have an option to give your name and email. If you prefer not to, your answers will remain anonymous.

You can find out more about the City’s open data work here. Feel free to check out what data we already make available on OpenDataPhilly.org and access it through City apps like Atlas.phila.gov or OpenMaps.phila.gov.
