Roundtable Discussion on Young Children Experiencing Homelessness and Early Learning


Congressperson Dwight Evans and PEC are organizing a roundtable discussion to gather information on the intersection of young children experiencing homelessness and access to early learning programs. The discussion will be on

Friday, September 18, 2020,
10 AM to 11:30 AM

We plan to answer the question: are young children who experience homelessness accessing high quality early learning programs, i.e., Head Start, high quality childcare, and home visiting?

Parents, early learning and homeless housing staff, national and local experts and others have been invited to offer lessons learned and recommendations for future action.
