The deadline to register to vote in Pennsylvania is Monday, October 19th. (Registration in New Jersey ended on October 13th). To register online, go to Vote.gov.
Philadelphia Satellite Election Offices
Philadelphia City Commissioners are preparing 17 satellite election offices to provide Philadelphia voters with easier access to register to vote and to vote by mail. These offices will be open seven days a week and will remain open through Election Day, November 3, 2020.
In addition to being able to register, voters may also request a mail-in ballot in-person, receive it, fill it out, and return it to cast their vote, all at the same location.

Mail-in and Absentee Voting
Applications for a mail-in ballot must be received by the county election office by October 27, 2020 by 5 p.m. It is recommended that applications be submitted two weeks before the deadline.
