First Up's EQUIP (Early Childhood Quality Improvement Project) supports Philadelphia ECE centers and family childcare programs desiring to move from STAR level 2 to STAR level 3 or 4 through coaching, training, and program evaluation.
There will be three information sessions held in October to provide more details about the benefits and support that the initiative provides. In order to be considered, providers must attend one of the information sessions listed below.
