The City of Philadelphia has issued a Request for Proposals, due October 22nd, for a contractor to perform the following services:
Create deep and meaningful community engagement by conducting comprehensive outreach in traditionally underserved communities in the City
of Philadelphia to ensure that their voices are included in a meaningful way in this landmark initiative, Participatory Budgeting.
Participatory Budgeting (PB) is a democratic process in which community members directly decide how to spend part of a public budget. PB gives people real power to make real decisions over real money.
