The Chester County OIC, in partnership with Full Circle Computing, is offering a free Digital Literacy program for individuals to earn a Microsoft Office Certification. The program begins on Monday January 10, 2022 with the first six classes taking place in-person at Chester County OIC's office located at 22 North 5th Avenue, Coatesville, PA 19320. The rest of the classes will be available online via WebEx.
