Planning to Plan: The Art of Strategic Thinking, November 15, 2022 Do you know WHY you want to create a strategic plan? Is your organization READY to undertake the work? Does your team THINK strategically? Many nonprofits create a strategic plan, only for it to end up on a shelf gathering dust. VEC expert consultants Elaine Green and Marla Hexter will explore when and why to develop a strategic plan, how to determine who should be involved, the preparation needed to be successful, what strategic thinking is and why it matters. This session will not address how to write a strategic plan, but rather the focus will be on how to create a framework to best guide your organization moving forward. Learn more and register.
