James R. Roebuck PLBC Scholarship
Eligibility: Graduating high school seniors
Application deadline: April 7, 2023, 5 p.m. ET
Graduating high school seniors and college undergraduates who are also people of color are invited to apply for a James R. Roebuck PLBC Scholarship totaling $1,000. Successful applicants will receive a $1,000 scholarship made possible by the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus Foundation for educational purposes.
