The Certified Welcoming designation recognizes cities that have created policies and programs reflecting their values and commitment to immigrant inclusion.
Philadelphia is the fourth City in the Commonwealth and the largest City in the nation to gain certification. Currently, only 18 cities and counties across the country have been named Certified Welcoming.
