The Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services recently published new resources that we hope will support our homeless services community specifically, but that are helpful to all Philadelphians.
The first is an easy-reference flyer about who to call when faced with a housing crisis. It guides users to the best phone number based on different situations. We also published a version of this one-page document in Spanish.
The second is an English-Spanish-Simplified Chinese glossary that includes words and terms related to homeless services. The glossary is meant to improve OHS's translations. We want to make our translations easy to read, and consistent over time. But anyone is welcome to use the glossary as a reference.
