Urban League of Philadelphia has partnered with Episcopal Community Services to provide services once a week beginning from 10 am to 2pm. A HUD certified Housing Counselor will be onsite every Wednesday at St. Barnabas Community Resource Center. His office will be on the second floor Room 221.
