The Urban Affairs Coalition offers paid summer job opportunities and support to youth ages 14-18 through the WorkReady program. We need YOU to host interns this summer! Give youth an opportunity to work, promoting early work experience and career development.
The program runs for six weeks from July 11, 2022 through August 19, 2022 with youth typically working 20 hours per week.
FREE for nonprofits and small businesses.
There is NO cost for nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and companies with less than 50 employees.
Just $2,200 for larger companies
For companies with over 50 employees, we ask the employer to make an investment in our city’s youth by contributing $2,200 per intern.
