The Philadelphia Education Fund (PEF) seeks a consultant to provide a 1-year, mixed-method evaluation of the Pennsylvania Statewide STEM Ecosystem (PSSE). PSSE has identified long-term and short-term indicators and outcomes; has gathered initial information on members and members’ needs and interests; and has reviewed data pertaining to similar initiatives throughout the country.
The external evaluator will build upon this work with input from the Leadership Team, each individual Workgroup, and the close to 1,000 statewide members.
