The Open Link's Executive Director has responsibility for motivating staff and executing strategies and tactics required to fulfill the organization’s mission.
Working through a talented and seasoned staff and an engaged board of directors, the Executive Director will lead the effort to increase The Open Link’s impact on serving the people of the Upper Perkiomen Valley with focus on: Program Development, Resource Development, Public Relations/Marketing, Human Resources, Technology and Governance as well as the implementation of the Strategic Plan as approved by the Board of Directors in 2018.
In keeping with the Strategic Plan, the Executive Director must be committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
A future-focused, innovative leadership mindset will be critical to the growth and success of The Open Link.
