You know that Philadelphia high school students have the potential for greatness. The I AM PHL contest presented by PhillyGoes2College in partnership with Wawa Welcome America and Vanguard recognizes high schoolers passionate in music, visual art, spoken word, or investment, and helps them take their talents to the next level.
We’re awarding a $1000 cash prize, the opportunity to be seen at the Wawa Welcome America Festival, and the chance to connect with mentors at the forefront of Philadelphia’s creative and financial fields.
Know a student who may be interested? Encourage them to join us for the I AM PHL Kickoff where students can jumpstart their contest entries alongside career professionals in each submission category, catch live performances, and more. This year’s kickoff will be hosted at the University of the Arts Student Center (401 S Broad Street) on Saturday, February 10th from 11:30am-3pm.
