Turning Points seeks ELECT Case Manager for parenting teens

Turning Points for Children is one of the largest social service agencies in Philadelphia, supporting the needs of more than 10,000 adults and children throughout the city. We partner with caregivers to develop and strengthen protective qualities and offer them the tools, skills, and resources needed to ensure their children's optimal development.

Position Summary:

Program: ELECT (Education Leading to Employment and Career Training)

The Case Manager is responsible for the provision of case management and a broad array of academic and social services to eligible ELECT program participants (expectant and parenting young adults) to help them stay in school, graduate, navigate healthy parenting, successfully transition to employment/post-secondary education, and achieve overall self-sufficiency. The ELECT program always works to connect students to educational and cultural activities that promote students' understanding of child development, encourage, nurturing parenting practices, and expose students to experiences that help them and their children grow and thrive.
