Urban Affairs Coalition, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Philadelphia Energy Society, are seeking Northeast Philly residents and business owners to evaluate the impact of the Philadelphia Streetlight Improvement Project (PSIP) on neighborhood safety and unity. All participants are asked to complete this short pre-screening questionnaire to ensure they fit the criteria we're looking for. Please note that completing the pre-screening does not guarantee selection. The questionnaire should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
