This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of Read by 4th. Over the fiscal year 2024, our partners engaged in a strategy review process which resulted in the development of a Common Agenda and a set of principles that guide the collective work of Read by 4th. The Campaign Director will be responsible for convening and facilitating partners and managing staff toward the implementation of the strategies articulated in the Common Agenda. The Campaign Director will have four direct reports and additional outside consultants to support the implementation of the various strategies. The position is full-time, exempt, and will report to the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Public Programs.
