The Philadelphia Foundation Fall 2024 Grant Cycle is now open.
The first step in the application process is to complete an organizational profile by August 19, 2024. Beginning August 30th, eligible organizations that have completed step one will receive an email with a unique link to complete step two of the application process by September 20, 2024.
Fall 2024 Competitive Grant Opportunities include:
- Advocacy Unrestricted Grants – supports nonprofits utilizing advocacy and community organizing best practices toward policy change on behalf of marginalized and low-income communities in Greater Philadelphia.
- Black Community Leaders Fund Grants - supports Black-led (chief executive or board chair identifies as Black) organizations that have demonstrated commitment to Black inclusion and leadership and that serve predominantly Black communities.
- Direct Service Grants - supports nonprofits serving high-poverty and marginalized populations in Greater Philadelphia.
- Forman Family Fund Grants - The Nessa Forman, David Forman, Eleanor and Solomon Forman Family Fund supports Greater Philadelphia nonprofits serving young people aged 11 to 18 offering in-school or out-of-school-time programs in photography, architecture, and writing.
- Fund for Children Grants – supports Philadelphia-based youth leadership development organizations that prioritize youth leadership, civic engagement and youth organizing activities and outcomes.
- Henrietta Tower Wurts Memorial Fund Grants – supports nonprofits serving disadvantaged children and youth and/or the elderly in the City of Philadelphia.
- Impact Grants – supports nonprofits serving high-poverty and marginalized populations in Greater Philadelphia.
- Leadership Grants – supports the increase of measurable skills and diversity of pipelines for senior staff and board members and strengthens organizational capacity.
