RFC to host talk by authors of 'Nonprofit Excellence' book

This month, the Regional Foundation Center is pleased to welcome back the local authors of Nonprofit Excellence: Strategies for a Challenging World. Louis Beccaria and Constance Carter have compiled a book of practical essays filled with scores of helpful tips and best practices about leadership and grantmaking that have been learned through many years working with hundreds of nonprofit organizations and their leaders.

On February 24, the RFC will host Lou and Connie for a free workshop that will offer strategies to ensure strategic planning is a creative, inspiring process for all involved. Included are tips for choosing the right consultant, engaging a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the final plan is a user-friendly document and a practical guide. I hope you will join us virtually for Leveraging the Power of Strategic Planning.
