Capacity for Change, LLC is fielding a brief, confidential, and anonymous survey about mental health crisis response services for Chester County children and youth aged 5 - 21.
The survey data will be used by a coalition of public, private, nonprofit, and educational organizations in Chester County to design recommendations for improving youth mental health crisis response services countywide.
