We created Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change to support your journey. We will invite you to reflect on the transitions you have experienced as leaders over the past few years and to assess the changes your organization has made. Together we will explore what you learned and how to apply that knowledge to new opportunities and challenges. Our faculty have years of experience in their fields and a deep understanding of the realities of nonprofit life.
We invite leaders in executive and senior management positions to join us, as well as middle managers whose work carries a high level of organizational responsibility.
