Race Against Hunger set for September 30th at Navy Yard

The Race Against Hunger 5K Run/Walk (formerly known as the Walk Against Hunger) has become a beloved event in the Philadelphia region. Now in its 27th year, the Race continues to bring together the community for one cause: to strengthen food access across Philadelphia. This race is a fun, safe, family-friendly way for people of all ages to help those in need.

For the first time since 2019, the Race Against Hunger will be held in person, and this year we are taking the Race to the Navy Yard! Can't walk or run with us on Saturday, September 30th? Complete our virtual Race by running, walking or biking whenever is most convenient for you.

Proceeds benefit the Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger’s programs that connect households with the food resources they need through our SNAP (food stamp) Hotline; support free food programs such as food pantries and soup kitchens, and advocate for the bigger changes that will put an end to hunger.
