RSVP’s Spring VEC Workshop Series 2024 set

RSVP’s Volunteer Executive Consultants (VEC) program provides free managerial consulting and educational workshops to nonprofits in the Greater Philadelphia area. The spring workshop series invites nonprofit organizations to learn about strategic planning and how to build and implement a plan.

All workshops will be in King of Prussia for hands-on experience and networking opportunities.

Introduction to Strategic Planning, March 12, 2024
This hands-on, in-person learning session will address the why and what of strategic planning and help you determine if your organization is ready to develop a strategic plan. VEC will outline the purpose of a strategic plan and address the preparation and key elements needed before planning can begin.

How to Build a Strategic Plan, April 16, 2024       
This interactive session will provide instruction, examples, and hands-on exercises to help you develop key components of your strategic plan.

Implementation: Putting the Strategic Plan into Action, May 14, 2024
In this workshop, VEC consultants will show you how to translate long-term goals into short term actions and produce an operating plan that provides a roadmap to achieve your goals. Organizations will review the elements that make for a successful action plan that is achievable with the people, money, and time available.
