Join us on Tuesday, September 24th from 2:30 – 4pm ET for Good Governance in Times of Leadership Transitions.
When organizations are faced with key leadership transitions, it is important that they develop a proactive and forward-thinking change management strategy to assess impacts and to protect their mission, culture, operations, financial sustainability, and people—both internal teams and those served.
Hear from leaders who have proactively managed effective executive transitions through good governance practices. Participants will hear candid insights and learnings and will then participate in an interactive practice inclusive of recommended considerations, approaches, and tools.
Hosted by Spring Point Partners’ Chief Learning Officer Uva Coles, this session will feature insights by:
- Markita Morris-Louis, Esq., Chief Executive Officer, Compass Working Capital
- Peter Gonzales, Esq., Social Entrepreneur & Board Chair, The Merchants Fund
- Portia Fullard, Principal, MOV Solutions, who will facilitate a hands-on training
It will be the kick-off of our fall Learning Series and is ideal for nonprofit leaders and board members preparing for or currently engaged in leadership transitions.
